This is simple look back at the year of F1 Hoverpod® Ltd and a reminder of the progress and developments that have been made and confirmed to be used in the new Manx GT Craft.
The New propeller/fan blade which has caused so much interest is presently under development and will be shown in the New Year. The key development and areas of challenge to F1 Hoverpod® Manufacture Ltd were a reduction in noise, an increase in air flow and a stronger more durable blade that was fit for purpose and placed safety at the forefront and without compromise.
The second development that was confirmed was the new fuel and fuel system. Both of which were developed with the help and support of a world leader in the area of fuel technology. This called for a new type of fuel tank which was a major issue when considering the challenges of racing. The solution was as always “no compromise” and the very best in the world was the answer. A product which meets all the standards of European legislation for vehicle fuel storage in vehicles. Once again, this will be displayed for the public in the new year on the “Manx GT”.
Finally, the “All New Manx GT” hull technology that has caused such a stir. This has been developed with the help of the Institute of Materials & Mining who as we all know are the world leader in the field of composite technology. The breakthrough in the durability and reduction in wear has astonished the very best.

It’s less than a week to go before the jingle of Santa and his sledge arrives and a good time to reflect upon a year of good old fashioned honest hard work and the achievements we have made at F1 Hoverpod® Ltd.
Much interest has been shown in the race clubs and major support from one of the world leaders in the Brewery Industry, the details are to remain private at this stage but I’m sure you will all be delighted at the collaboration to which complements & benefits both parties.
The manufacture of the “Manx GT” has been met with a glint of surprise to many supporters, the feeling was that we were making a modified version of a home made craft not too dissimilar to ones already being sold on the market place. You can imagine their Surprise & Reaction which has become the International feeling that most if not all of the comments on the internet are without foundation and more importantly are simply un professional and could be construed as Liable. Lets see what 2010 brings and what (if any) Reaction is forthcoming when the final showing of the product is revealed some time in the new year.
To those who have offered comments based upon fact, the census of opinion seems to be that a major Failure to a particular Reaction may be forthcoming.

As you all know the date for pre-showing of the “Manx GT” has been a well kept and closely guarded secret in order to keep the sceptics frustrated a little while longer. The private viewing invites have gone out to the select and privileged few of which they know the location and venue for said display and promotion and pre launch of the product.
The date has been confirmed for December 2009 and you should now have your invite which went out in October.
The exhibitors are limited as this is a private showing for privileged and corporate clients who have supported us throughout.
Firstly I wish to thank the our two main supporters “Royal College of Art” and the “Institute of Materials and Mining” for providing the opportunity to display at the exhibition in Grantham in December, this is one of the most prestigious of all private exhibitions to be shown in the UK and the purpose of the exhibition is to show to our honoured guests and VIP’S from the world of vehicle design what we can be achieved. We are also their to show support for the Institute of Materials and Mining in promoting the Spark Award of which F1 Hoverpod® gained it’s merit in 2008.
As most of you are aware, in the early days at F1HP we were very lucky to have had support from the IOM with full access to the materials and composites expertise to which the IOM is a world leader in this area and the expertise has shown to be invaluable to F1HP.

Latest up date for November 2009

Whilst I always do my best to be ahead of the game, I did not expect to be posting a new announcement within 24 hours. However, News is news.
I have now been cleared to make a brief announcement in relation to engine management system for the Hoverpod® range. A total re-mapping of the software has been undertaken in order to further reduce emissions and increase power throughout the whole rev range. The result and outcome being a much more even flowing power band and more efficient use of the fuel. The effect on the craft is to increase fuel consumption with a major reduction in emissions which is very good for the environment.
For those who are calculating the cost (not F1 Hoverpod®) and feel they wonder why we spend at such levels, perfection is required and demanded by our customers and interested parties and the £250,000 for engine mapping system is what it costs in the modern world of Motor Sport.
The challenge was to make a world beating product, the result is so far on budget and better than first expected.

F1 Hoverpod Racing Latest News in 2009

News from the European Investors is all very positive.
Whilst I’m not at liberty to say the who, what I can confirm is that a world recognised name in the sound and environmental emissions and systems providers has now confirmed their interest toward the supply chain.
A total redesign of the whole exhaust and emission system has now been instructed, the result will be world class and a complete revelation of what can be achieved. The two key areas under review are the erosion & corrosion through salt water intake and Co2 emissions. At the same time as working on these issues, noise will be addressed in order to set a world beating sound emission limits.
We need to pay thanks to our investors from Europe to whom wish to remain private, although I can confirm that that the cost of developing an exhaust system for the Hoverpod® is in the region of £400,000 and may take the form of two types. The first being a supply for the “Manx GT” and the second being for the leisure market craft.

News from the European Investors is all very positive.
Whilst I’m not at liberty to say the who, what I can confirm is that a world recognised name in the sound and environmental emissions and systems providers has now confirmed their interest toward the supply chain.
A total redesign of the whole exhaust and emission system has now been instructed, the result will be world class and a complete revelation of what can be achieved. The two key areas under review are the erosion & corrosion through salt water intake and Co2 emissions. At the same time as working on these issues, noise will be addressed in order to set a world beating sound emission limits.
We need to pay thanks to our investors from Europe to whom wish to remain private, although I can confirm that that the cost of developing an exhaust system for the Hoverpod® is in the region of £400,000 and may take the form of two types. The first being a supply for the “Manx GT” and the second being for the leisure market craft.

F1 Hoverpod Racing Latest News in 2009

There are many new aspects to the Hoverpod® to which the technical team has identified as vital to address if providing a quality product, worthy of the name Hoverpod® in which the public want assurance of said quality.
Last month we announced a breakthrough in propeller technology to which was simply a revolution and something you will have the opportunity to view for yourselves early next year. However, our web site is often receiving e-mails showing concern about the noise pollution sometimes created by DIY built Hovercraft.
As you have all had the opportunity to see who the partners and team members are through viewing the web site at www.f1hoverpodracing.com/partners I’m pleased to say we have also addressed these issues as part of the development. Whilst I can’t divulge too much at this stage, I am at liberty to say a world leader in silencer and emissions have entered into negotiation to assume the role.
The contracts negotiation team will be visiting Europe next week to secure this opportunity for both parties, upon return to the UK, I will have permission to confirm in full the appointment is on board.

News up date at F1 Hoverpod Racing. 6/10/09

The in box this month has been quite amusing and the normal conspiracy & gossip e-mails are now been filtered though the “amused and laughter” section. I have said many times that the truth (as boring as it is) is normally more interesting than the gossip. However, we do have some positive and exciting news to share with you.
As we are all aware, Hovercraft (Hoverpod® no exception) have had an inherent problem with propeller/fan blades that F1 Hoverpod® Manufacture has decided to address at this very early stage in production. Our concept and message to you all is simply that we will not compromise on safety and as we all know, if a Hovercraft blade fails for whatever reason, they can be very dangerous. F1 Hoverpod® Manufacture have taken this issue very seriously and invested almost ½ million pounds into the development of a totally new propeller. The good news is that in almost every circumstance this blade will replace the ones used today by the enthusiasts and hobbyists to whom for so long have kept the interest in Hoverpod® flowing. A tribute to the enthusiast is in my opinion worthy of major recognition, after all, if it were not for these hard working and dedicated people, the fun would be still be assigned to the drawing board.
There will be some additional news to which will effect the transference of noise associated with Hovercraft and whilst I can not say too much today, I can share with you that a breakthrough in the key areas are also pending and will be announced shortly.

The dates for showing and presenting the Business of F1 Hoverpod® Ltd has finally been confirmed.
We know you have been patient and the old saying “All Good Things Come To Those Who Wait” is no compensation, but the waiting is almost over. The proposed dates for showing the business model to interested parties has finally arrived.
The promotion team at F1 Hoverpod® Racing has decided to take to the road and present the proposition to investors who are keen enthusiasts and supporters of the World of Motor Sport.

Just a few short words today to bring you more into the loop and keep the gossip flowing.
Two of the team members will be representing the group of companies at the “Passport to Export” scheme in the North of England. This is a clear sign for all you conspiracy theorists who keep requesting info in regards to the overseas interest. All I’m permitted to say is when the time is right I will formally announce the where, what and when.
I would like to pay a special thanks to our Support Team to who “they know who they are” and have been wonderful when we needed the push to go forward, it sure came to which we are very grateful.

What a month for the Brits.
Let me start by saying Congratulations to the England Cricket Team for the fantastic win with the Ashes. Well done Guys, you made all of us very proud. To all the Aussies who read with excitement our blogs, I feel sure you are licking your wounds but will soon seek revenge and take them back. Just understand that every now and again, we need to hold them to remind us it can be done if we only try harder.
My second congratulation is to Mike Perham who at the age of 17 sailed single handed round the world. What a trip of a lifetime and experience that I assume will stay with him for a long time to come.
My final congratulation is for someone from my home town “Jessica Ennis” who won the Gold in the Athletics. Fantastic and it does not get any better. We can’t wait for the Olympics, bring it on.
Now for the news at F1 Hoverpod® Racing of which when you read above, all seams rather humble in significance and comparison. However, many parts of F1HPR are now moving forward with a very positive attitude and outlook on the future. There are confirmed visits to some of our European Partners for September with regards to technology and support. The interest to which has been shown from two major continent nations are still on-going and as you would expect, I will confirm progress when we have the thumbs up to do so from our PR department. The build up for Autumn has now started with September now here.

New Posting with Latest Up Date

Firstly I would like to thank you all for your postings and comments, just when one is having a bad day, someone pops up and gives you a pat on the back. We had many good and supportive comments this month and one I wish to pay special thanks to was “John E” who was particularly encouraging to whom I wish to say thank you for the kind words of wisdom.
The work load as is always the normal which is too much to do and not enough time to do it. However, whilst we don’t promise the miracles of life, we promise to give it all we have and to that end the team should be proud of their achievements as they never groan and always deliver. “Well done all of you”.
The rumours of a TV interest is something I am not allowed to confirm at this point but in time may be given the approval to share with you and additionally the staging of the first race location site is something I can only say keep an eye on the blog sites for up-dates.

Looking back over July, it’s been a good month for the Brit’s with Andy Murray reaching the semi’s at Wimbledon, The English Cricket Team drawing the first, winning the second & doing very well at Edgbaston in the third Test Match with Australia.
For the team at F1 Hoverpod® Racing, it’s been a good start to the month. The mountain called progress is still going well, with new partners committed to making it work. Several sites have been looked at as potential race venues. Progress with the business manual is into the second month of writing, the quality of the team involved simply goes from strength to strength.
Working closely with the “High Growth Team” has helped to identify some key benefits to assisting in progressing in essential areas and support from our export advisors has been a major bonus.
We have many developments to share with you in the coming weeks and as such I recommend you keep an eye on the blogs and perhaps save them to your favourites list.

However, you will be interested to hear that the important part of our expansion program has now started work. It is the Business Development Manual to which documents every aspect of how to run and manage the F1 Hoverpod® Racing clubs on a daily basis. In many instances it is this very important issue which either makes or breaks the business, so as you can imagine, we have once again called in the Worlds Largest Business Manual Writers who’s details we provide on our web site.
Over the following week, we will be strengthening our relationship with UKTI who have supported us with overseas information and advice as well as building on our already good relationship with the new technology suppliers of “Self heal polymers” which we are supporting the research in these areas. Due to confidentiality and the secrecy surrounding this research, I am unable to say who the working partner is in this instance, until confirmation to do so.
The new technology and design surrounding the Hoverpod® propeller blade has been sanctioned and I feel sure that this will cause a major stir when we release the product for the enthusiast and hobbyist to buy over the counter. I would recommend you keep watching the blogs and sites for information relating to this. Following up on last Month’s posting, we have some major announcements in the shadows and when permission has been granted to share with you the information, I will make it available for you all to comment upon.
This week we have one announcement which will help silence the skeptics amongst the Hovercraft fraternity who still assume that gossip is the way forward and that fact is something that is rarely if ever in their world.
I recommend to everyone to view the Journal produced by the Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining Exchange which can be found at http://www.iom3.org/ and who used the words “We are compiling some case histories of successful Spark Awards and yours came to the top of the list” and requested permission to use F1 Hoverpod Racing as it’s number one example of how a Business can develop and succeed in a recession. It is a great honor and privilege to have those comments from such a prestigious institution and who’s reputation is without question. The Institute who are also supported by their colleagues at the Royal College of Art & Design and can be found at http://www.rca.ac.uk/ chose F1 Hoverpod Racing to support with it’s expertise in composite technology and as a result enabled F1 Hoverpod to win the spark award and prize of £5,000.00 which was invested in developing new designs and materials to be used in the Hoverpod manufacture process.

June up date.
Summer in the UK has finally arrived and Wimbledon is under way, good news for the Brits as Andy Murray got through his first round.

Good Luck
Latest up date for June 2009
Firstly I wish to give the HCGB and good wish for the weekend. I am given to understand that these guys are doing their bit to keep the Hovercraft tradition of flying by the seat of their pants alive and all the team at F1 Hoverpod® Racing wish them a good weekend. I was a bit disappointed to see the weather report was very wet and rainy this weekend and I hope this does not result in effecting the spectators for the event. “Good Luck Guys”.
Our next mention is for our friends at Juicy Pear. I am informed that this brilliant idea goes live this week and I recommend if you don’t do anything else this week, you go take a look at what is on offer at Juicy Pear which is a social network site to blow your socks off with. Don’t just take my view, go check it out. Good Luck Guys.

As per my promise to keep you all informed and as a pre-requisite to keeping the gossip mongers at arms length, we have yet another announcement to which we would like to share with you all. This announcement relates to technology and club management.
The Team at F1 Hoverpod® Racing have always recognised that the management of club membership in the modern age is something to which technology has in abundance and by using this technology to it’s maximum enables better control of team membership as well as maintaining a low cost solution which ultimately reflects back to the members in helping to reduce overall cost of running.
The Team at F1 Hoverpod® have over a long period been working on the very solution and have found through its research that mass storage of information is able to be achieved through the use of swipe cards. The only problem being that we are all a bit tired of having so many cards. The solution was simple and one which we can all readily accept, one single card that manages every aspect of our daily use, stores all the information of our other cards and has the added advantage of managing our bank accounts also. The Team at F1 Hoverpod® Racing are proud to say we have a new addition to our supporters and sponsors list with a globally recognised name and association.
The progress is good and the support is excellent. The motto being that the bad has gone and bring in the good and the world will judge us on our success and not our past slanders which we have been fully vindicated.
A Big Thank You to all who stuck by and showed great strength of character.

Official Announcement
F1 Hoverpod® Official Announcement !!!
As the attention and media interest starts to turn its attention toward what is happening at the camp of F1 Hoverpod® Racing and its team members, true to our word we will make formal press release statements so as to try and keep the gossip mongers from making judgements of error.
This week has seen the announcement of a new sponsor and supporter of the F1 Hoverpod® concept, the long standing and very professional consultant firm of FDS has now ensured its support and advice toward making the whole concept a major success.
The working partnership with FDS is something to which all the team at F1 Hoverpod® Racing are very proud to be associated with and demonstrates the positive steps forward for both companies. FDS has a long standing expertise in Manual Writing and Franchise Modelling and are a world leader in the professional service they provide. The official statement from the F1 Hoverpod® Racing Team was a very simple message, “It is a great comfort in the knowing that our Business Model Template will be in safe hands”.

The Progress of Hoverpod.
Progress and developments at Hoverpod® are now gaining momentum. The key word which is constantly being used within the Team is commitment.
It’s very easy to make a wish, it’s never easy to make that wish come true in a world of global recession and credit crunch. However, the opportunity to become involved in the F1 Hoverpod® Racing business and starting your own club/business is fast approaching. I recommend you visit the web sites at www.f1hoverpod.com and the racing site which can be found at www.f1hoverpodracing.com and register your interest with the team.
There has always been much speculation surrounding the Hoverpod® Racing business, some is true and most is make believe. The truth is something we always deal in and if deemed necessary will announce and post statements through it’s official blogs and news sites. This month has been a bit slow in announcements except to say that one of our University partners has been contracted to provide some research work for the Team as they are considered to be some of the best in the business when it comes to research, the information will be used latter in marketing the concept to interested parties.
We/I are always amazed at the lack of take up on the free go on the lottery. For some reason our in-box is always supplied with enough e-mails questioning if it truly is free. Why don’t they just try it out and find out that our Free Go, really is a “Free Go”. If it is a little confusing to understand then simply follow the instructions below:

2. Scroll down the page until you find the link “Grab a Grand”...... Click on the link.
3. Fill in the two box’s with your e-mail details

F1 Hoverpod Ltd
The birth of the concept Hoverpod was one to which was more through miss fortune for one person, than sheer inspiration by myself.
My History or CV covers a long and well documented background in Investment Banking, starting with the cream on the cake J Henry Schroder and after many years eventually moving to Abbingdon Trust & Oxford LLC in Nevada USA.
Whilst representing a private placement client in Montana USA back in 1995, I was aware that a local person had fallen through the ice on a local lake and drowned. It was the basic method of rescue that shocked me and in the modern age there really is no safe method of rescue on ice. Helicopters don't work as they simply create down draft and the victim simply goes under the ice, the really effective method of Hoverpod does work, as it creates it's own safety zone and quickly hovers over almost every surface. As such, you have a platform which is totally safe and travels at high speed, is able to sit safely on either ice or water and return safely to shore after rescue at incident.
I spent several years seeking out a supplier of Hoverpod, and quickly found that the problem was lack of investment and as such relatively few manufacturers, of which most were basically home built or DIY versions. The others were not suitable as they were either leisure craft, too big or in one well known case "Had a really bad track record of failure".
As such, I with a Banking background had access to Investors to whom we would attract a sufficient interest to create a World Beating Product. The only stipulation being, use the finest technology available, the best powerplant with a proven track record and the Best of the Best to design the product.
It's take some 3 years to get from zero to hero, but I am now proud to say we are their. I am also even prouder to say the very best is yet to come and the Worlds Finest Hoverpod has finally arrived.
